    By accessing or using SurveySamson ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

    SurveySamson provides a cloud-based platform for creating surveys, polls, NPS assessments, leaderboards, and testimonial collection widgets. The Service includes analytics, AI-powered insights, and email marketing tools.

    3. Account Registration

    You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

    4. Subscription & Payment

    The Service is offered on a paid subscription basis starting at $17/month per user. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the payment method on file on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

    5. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
    • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful content
    • Collect personal information without proper consent
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
    • Impersonate another person or entity
    • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose

    All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by SurveySamson and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit through the Service.

    8. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, SurveySamson shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

    9. Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

    10. Changes to Terms

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
