Refund Policy

    No Refunds

    All payments made for SurveySamson subscriptions are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any subscription period, whether partial or full.

    Cancel Anytime

    While we do not provide refunds, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

    How to Cancel Your Subscription

    Canceling your subscription is simple and can be done directly from your account:

    1. Log in to your SurveySamson account.
    2. Click on the profile/gear settings icon in the sidebar.
    3. Navigate to Billing.
    4. Click "Manage Subscription" to open the billing portal.
    5. Follow the prompts to cancel your subscription.

    Once canceled, you will continue to have access to all features until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the free tier.
